Our flagship release breathes new life into a unique 16-Year-Old single cask Inchgower profile. We harvested the exact timber from Cask #812264B to engineer our bespoke smoking staves.
When ignited tableside, the physical wood structure uncoils vanilla, sea spray, and deep oak tannins back directly into the dram—closing an elemental circle broken nearly two decades ago.
Follow these precision steps to correctly awaken the original 2009 cask DNA:
Step I
Prepare the Dram
Pour exactly 50ml of your Inchgower 16-Year-Old Legacy into a premium luxury tumbler or rocks glass.
Step II
Load the Cask Chips
Place your wooden top-glass smoker directly onto the rim of the tumbler. Add a small pinch of the authentic Cask #812264B wood chips into the central metal mesh chimney basket.
Step III
Ignite with Precision
Hold your professional butane torch lighter 2 inches away. Direct the flame straight down onto the wood chips for 3 to 5 seconds until they ember and thick smoke cascades down into the glass.
Step IV
Infuse and Serve
Leave the smoker lid seated on top of the glass for 15-20 seconds. This traps the heavy oak tannins and vanilla oils, infusing the whisky before presentation.

50ml Inchgower 16 Legacy, 1 Bar Spoon Demerara Sugar, 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters. Infuse glass using your cask smoking chips for 20 seconds before expressing the citrus peel.
The St Andrews Coastal Sour
50ml Inchgower Whisky, 25ml Fresh Lemon Juice, 15ml Honey Syrup, Organic Egg White. Dry shake, strain over solid ice, and flash-smoke the foam top directly at the tableside.
